  生物脫硫優(yōu)勢

  Advantages of biological desulfurization

  生物脫硫工藝具有的脫硫效率、處理費(fèi)用低、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、自動化程度、少二次污染的優(yōu)勢。生物脫硫去除率可以達(dá)到99%以上,是一般雙堿濕法脫硫無法比的,又由于其以生物代謝功能處理脫硫,不需要像濕法脫硫那樣大量使用藥劑,所以脫硫的成本是一般濕法脫硫成本的1/3—1/5。

  The biological desulfurization process has the advantages of desulfurization efficiency, low treatment cost, stable operation, degree of automation, and less secondary pollution. The removal rate of biological desulfurization can reach over 99%, which is incomparable to general dual alkali wet desulfurization. Moreover, due to its biological metabolism function in treating desulfurization, it does not require the use of large amounts of chemicals like wet desulfurization, so the cost of desulfurization is one-third to one-fifth of the cost of general wet desulfurization.

  生物脫硫技術(shù)分為三個(gè)單元:①脫硫洗滌單元 ②洗滌液生物再生(回用)單元 ③單質(zhì)硫分離單元。工藝流程如下:

  The biological desulfurization technology is divided into three units: ① desulfurization washing unit ② washing solution biological regeneration (reuse) unit ③ elemental sulfur separation unit. The process flow is as follows:

  單元 --脫硫洗滌 :堿性的生物洗滌液從洗滌塔頂部噴出,與從洗滌塔底部進(jìn)入的含硫化合物(主要H2S)氣源逆流接觸,由于再生生物洗滌液中含有連多硫酸鹽類具有脫硫催化作用的物質(zhì),所以可以效吸收H2S,并且脫除得非常干凈。在集成脫硫工藝中,洗滌塔變成洗滌模塊,可以任意疊加而達(dá)到需要的量和處理精度。

  Unit - Desulfurization washing: Alkaline biological washing solution is sprayed out from the top of the washing tower and comes into countercurrent contact with the sulfur-containing compound (mainly H2S) gas source entering from the bottom of the washing tower. Due to the presence of substances with desulfurization catalytic effects such as polysulfates in the regenerated biological washing solution, H2S can be effectively absorbed and removed very cleanly.   第二單元--生物再生反應(yīng)器:含有硫化物的富液從洗滌塔底部流入生物再生反應(yīng)器,通過脫硫微生物的處理,完成生物洗滌液再生并恢復(fù)堿性。再泵入單元洗滌部分,重復(fù)使用。

  Unit 2- Biological Regeneration Reactor: Rich solution containing sulfides flows from the bottom of the washing tower into the biological regeneration reactor. Through the treatment of desulfurization microorganisms, the regeneration of the biological washing solution is completed and the alkalinity is restored. Pump it back into the unit washing section and reuse it.

  第三單元—單質(zhì)硫分離:單質(zhì)硫從單質(zhì)硫分離池中以顆粒沉淀的方式分離出生物脫硫系統(tǒng),分離后的清液回流去生物再生反應(yīng)器。

  Unit 3- Separation of elemental sulfur: elemental sulfur is separated from the elemental sulfur separation tank by particle precipitation in the biological desulfurization system, and the separated clear liquid is refluxed to the biological regeneration reactor.

  2.工藝使用設(shè)備描述

  (1) 洗滌塔

  由于生物堿性洗滌液的特性,洗滌塔的材質(zhì)選擇FRP(玻璃鋼),洗滌塔的數(shù)量:1臺;材質(zhì):FRP,內(nèi)部填充填料、噴淋及除沫裝置等。

  在洗滌塔內(nèi)吸收完成硫化氫后的洗滌液在生物再生反應(yīng)器內(nèi),通過控制氧化過程,將吸收的硫化氫轉(zhuǎn)變成單質(zhì)硫。

  由于氣候變化以及生物代謝能的釋放,生物再生反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的溫度可能會超出菌的承受溫度,需使用板式換熱器進(jìn)行冷卻,冷卻水可使用循環(huán)水。

  (4) 沉淀器

  沉淀器的作用就是分離硫元素,利于洗滌液的硫平衡。硫污泥將直接由硫污泥泵直接排好氧池或廢水池。
