絡合鐵脫硫工藝利用堿性絡合鐵催化劑的氧化還原性質(zhì)，吸收原料氣中的H2S。H2S被絡合鐵催化劑直接氧化生成單質(zhì)硫，絡合鐵轉(zhuǎn)化為絡合亞鐵，然后在再生過程中鼓入空氣，以空氣氧化催化劑富液中的絡合亞鐵，使催化劑富液中的絡合亞鐵轉(zhuǎn)化為絡合鐵，從而再生回用。產(chǎn)生的硫磺通過硫磺回收系統(tǒng)處理。
