天然氣脫硫技術(shù)分為物理吸收法、化學(xué)吸收法和氧化法三種。物理吸收法是采用有機(jī)溶劑作為吸收劑,加壓吸收H2S,再經(jīng)減壓將吸收的H2S釋放出來,吸收劑循環(huán)使用,該法以環(huán)丁礬法為代表。

含有H2S的煤氣從脫硫塔下部進(jìn)入,在填料層內(nèi)與塔頂噴淋下的脫硫貧液發(fā)生反應(yīng),將 H2S吸收脫除,凈化后的氣體從脫硫塔頂排出,然后在捕滴器內(nèi)脫除多余水分后送入車間使用。

從塔頂淋下的溶液吸收 H2S后流入富液槽進(jìn)行析硫,然后經(jīng)再生泵送至噴射再生槽與空氣反應(yīng),溶液被氧化、再生后經(jīng)液位調(diào)節(jié)器流入貧液槽,再經(jīng)脫硫泵打入脫硫塔,連續(xù)脫硫。同時(shí)噴射再生槽內(nèi)產(chǎn)生的硫泡沫溢流到泡沫池過濾,濾出硫膏。

4、如果脫硫催化劑是PDS或’888’,不但能脫除H2S而且能脫煤氣中占總硫含硫10%左右的部分有機(jī)硫。
