(1)冷卻塔的安裝應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)備的各種條件，考慮其安裝位置的地面及其荷載能力，同時(shí)也考慮外界條件。
(1) The installation of the cooling tower shall consider the ground and its load capacity at the installation location as well as the external conditions according to various equipment conditions.
(2)安裝時(shí)應(yīng)注意冷卻塔的基礎(chǔ)按規(guī)定的尺寸預(yù)埋好水平鋼板，各基礎(chǔ)點(diǎn)的標(biāo)高應(yīng)在同一標(biāo)高的水平面上。
(2) During installation, it shall be noted that the horizontal steel plate shall be embedded in the foundation of the cooling tower according to the specified size, and the elevation of each foundation point shall be on the horizontal plane of the same elevation.
(3)塔體應(yīng)放置水平。水塔在施工安裝時(shí)，為防止壓壞底盤，施工人員應(yīng)踏在底盤的加強(qiáng)筋上，在安裝塔外殼、底盤等纖維件時(shí)，為防止外殼底盤等變形可先穿螺釘，而后依次逐漸緊固，在確認(rèn)底盤不變形，附近干凈、干燥的條件下，為避免使用時(shí)漏水可在接觸處鋪設(shè)纖維氈及涂樹脂。

冷卻塔不得安裝在通風(fēng)不良和出現(xiàn)濕空氣回流的場(chǎng)合，須安裝在通風(fēng)良好的場(chǎng)所。否則將會(huì)降低冷卻塔的冷卻能力。冷卻塔一般安裝在冷凍站的屋頂上，以形成高壓頭，用以克服冷凝器的阻力損失。水泵將需要處理的冷卻水從水池抽出送冷卻塔，經(jīng)冷卻降溫后從塔底集水盤向下自流壓入冷凝器中，并繼而靠水頭壓差自流入水池，如此循環(huán)。
The cooling tower shall not be installed in the place with poor ventilation and wet air return, but in the place with good ventilation. Otherwise, the cooling capacity of the cooling tower will be reduced. The cooling tower is generally installed on the roof of the refrigeration station to form a high-pressure head to overcome the resistance loss of the condenser.
