絡(luò)合鐵脫硫是什么樣的工藝特點?

絡(luò)合鐵脫硫是一種以絡(luò)合鐵為催化劑脫除硫化氫的濕法氧化法,其特點是將氣體中的H2S直接轉(zhuǎn)化為元素s,吸收氣體中H2S的含量小于20ppm,是一種工藝簡單、工作硫容高、環(huán)保的新型脫硫技術(shù)。克服了傳統(tǒng)脫硫工藝硫容低、脫硫工藝復(fù)雜、旁路鹽生成率高、脫硫效率高等缺點,硫回收率達(dá)99.99%,煙氣二氧化硫含量凈化后降20mg/Nm3,可滿足日益提高的環(huán)保指標(biāo)。
