一、天然氣脫硫設備的工作原理:

原料天然氣進入脫硫設備界區(qū),先是經過一個原料氣分離器,通過重力作用將原料氣中攜帶的少量游離水清理掉,然后氣體從脫硫塔頂部通過塔內脫硫劑床層,氣體中的H2S被脫除。凈化天然氣從塔底出來,進入凈化氣過濾分離器,分離出氣體中可能夾帶的脫硫劑粉塵,出凈化氣過濾分離器的天然氣直接匯入輸氣總管。至于再生操作,由于操作條件很難控制,且再利用成果不佳,故目前脫硫劑均一次性使用。
When the feed gas enters the battery limit of desulfurization equipment, it first passes through a feed gas separator to remove a small amount of free water carried in the feed gas by gravity, and then the gas passes through the desulfurizer bed in the tower from the top of the desulfurization tower, and the H2S in the gas is removed. The purified natural gas comes out from the tower bottom and enters the purified gas filter separator to separate the desulfurizer dust that may be entrained in the gas, and the natural gas from the purified gas filter separator directly flows into the gas transmission main pipe. As for the regeneration operation, since the operating conditions are difficult to control and the reuse results are poor, the desulfurizer is currently used once.
根據氣質條件、處理量和場站規(guī)劃建設方案等具體情況,可選擇不同的干法脫硫工藝方案。當前方案有原料氣分離器+雙塔+凈化氣過濾分離器。除此外還有雙塔+凈化氣過濾分離器、原料氣分離器+四塔+凈化氣過濾分離器、四塔+凈化氣過濾分離器方案等等。
Different dry desulfurization process schemes can be selected according to the specific conditions such as gas quality conditions, treatment capacity and station planning and construction scheme. The current scheme includes feed gas separator + double tower + purified gas filter separator. In addition, there are schemes of double tower + purified gas filter separator, feed gas separator + four towers + purified gas filter separator, four towers + purified gas filter separator, etc.
二、天然氣脫硫設備技術特點:

(1)脫硫劑,具有硫容高、強度大等優(yōu)點,其實際硫容可達25%~30%(質量分數);

(2)脫硫劑可在0.1~8.0MPa壓力范圍內操作,且只脫除H,S不脫除CO2,凈化氣H,S含量可達一類天然氣的要求;
