扒塔是一項(xiàng)很繁重的工作，不僅勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大，而且脫硫液對(duì)皮膚尤其是眼睛刺激性很大，扒一次填料，施工作業(yè)人員的眼睛得紅腫疼痛兩叁天。所以塔能不扒盡可能地不扒，能少扒一次少扒一次。另外就是扒填料之前要做好準(zhǔn)備工作，要有詳細(xì)的施工方案和防護(hù)、勞動(dòng)保護(hù)措施。

有的單位扒塔工作做的很仔細(xì)，把填料扒出來(lái)后，用水沖洗后再裝到塔里。這樣一來(lái)必然要消耗大量的水，沖填料的水往哪兒去也是個(gè)大問(wèn)題。

對(duì)于規(guī)整填料，可能現(xiàn)在用的很少了，明確一點(diǎn)就是不要按廠家要求的那樣新填料裝好后把打包帶剪斷，那樣的話扒塔的工作量就大了。在打包帶完好的情況下，塔內(nèi)用脫硫液邊沖邊扒，塔里的填料可以整塊地從人孔運(yùn)出來(lái)，少量散的也能分層規(guī)置規(guī)置單獨(dú)存放。扒出的填料不用水沖，直接放到一片干凈的場(chǎng)地晾干，摔打一下就行。用手提起來(lái)一塊感覺(jué)很輕，說(shuō)明硫沫基本掉干凈了。散了的重新組成塊用打包帶打包。后將填料重新組圓，就可以往塔里裝了。

散裝填料的扒裝工作量相對(duì)小一些，但對(duì)環(huán)境影響較大，因?yàn)樘盍弦獜男读峡装浅鰜?lái)，這樣粘附的硫沫、帶出來(lái)的脫硫液要比扒規(guī)整填料多，弄得現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臟不說(shuō)，關(guān)鍵是這些脫硫液和硫沫要污染環(huán)境。卸出來(lái)的填料現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抖一下，只要填料不被硫沫粘在一起，填料上的孔隙基本出來(lái)就行，不用非得用水沖出填料的本來(lái)面目。然后將填料直接裝袋，就可以重新裝到脫硫塔里了。

It is not necessary to wash out the original appearance of the stuffing with water. Then the packing is directly packed into bags and can be re-packed into the desulfurization tower.
扒出來(lái)的填料重新裝了以后，從開(kāi)車(chē)到系統(tǒng)加負(fù)荷這段時(shí)間可以大液量操作。此時(shí)氣量小，正適合大液量通過(guò)。通過(guò)大液量操作，可以使填料得到進(jìn)一步地清洗，這時(shí)候雖然氣量不大但再生槽硫泡沫很多。系統(tǒng)逐步加滿負(fù)荷后，對(duì)脫硫塔的阻力進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的測(cè)量，即驗(yàn)證了扒裝的效果，也為塔阻力的變化監(jiān)測(cè)留下了原始數(shù)據(jù)。

關(guān)于洗塔，脫硫塔阻力大了，現(xiàn)在也有一些不扒填料而對(duì)填料進(jìn)行塔內(nèi)清洗的做法，主要分二種。一種是不停車(chē)在線清洗，（當(dāng)然這種方法停車(chē)后也能用），但本人沒(méi)有做深入地了解，猜測(cè)可能是一種剝離劑、分散劑類(lèi)的東西。另一種是停車(chē)后清洗，主要是利用硫化鈉溶解單質(zhì)硫的化學(xué)反應(yīng)。
