沼氣生物脫硫是20世紀90年代發(fā)展起來的新技術，是在常溫常壓下利用利用微生物實現(xiàn)硫的價態(tài)轉換的一種新技術。生物脫硫工藝過程是將一定量的空氣導入含有硫化氫的沼氣中，在反應器內(nèi)裝有大量的生物填料，它們?yōu)榧毦敝程峁┏浞值目臻g。營養(yǎng)液的循環(huán)使填料保持潮濕狀態(tài)，并補充細菌生長繁殖所需營養(yǎng)。專屬絲硫菌屬、硫桿菌屬在新陳代謝的過程中吸收硫化氫，并將他們轉化為單質(zhì)硫，進而轉化為硫酸。

Biological desulfurization of biogas is a new technology developed in the 1990s. It is a new technology that uses microorganisms to realize the valence conversion of sulfur at room temperature and pressure. Biological desulfurization process is to introduce a certain amount of air into biogas containing hydrogen sulfide.
