1、水分去除：避免水分在設備氣體管路中聚焦，和硫化氫結合會產生腐蝕性的酸溶液，引起腐蝕。由上表的沼氣成分分析可知，利用沼氣生產天然氣，需作以下處理：

1. Moisture removal: Avoid focusing water in equipment gas pipeline, and hydrogen sulfide will produce corrosive acid solution, causing corrosion. 2、硫化氫去除：硫化氫具有毒性、腐蝕性，會腐蝕設備，且燃燒時生成二氧化硫造成污染，因此必須降低硫化氫濃度，直至滿足生產設備及國家相關規(guī)范對二氧化硫排放限值的要求。

2. Removal of hydrogen sulfide: hydrogen sulfide is toxic and corrosive, which will corrode equipment and cause pollution by sulfur dioxide generated during combustion. 3、二氧化碳去除：提高沼氣的熱值。

沼氣提純制取天然氣，需采用脫硫、脫碳工藝，降低沼氣中的H2S和CO2含量，提高CH4含量，提純后的沼氣含CH490%以上，成分與天然氣近似，可以作為天然氣使用。此外，沼氣凈化制天然氣方式投資較小，且經濟效益較好，值得被廣泛推廣使用。
