1、耐低溫:玻璃鋼煙氣污染器(沼氣脫硫器),全部采用經(jīng)改性的耐低溫玻璃鋼材質(zhì)。普通玻璃鋼制品不耐熱, 80 ℃即硬化, 120 ℃即揮發(fā),不適用做鍋爐配套脫硫除塵器。我公司研制的玻璃鋼脫硫塔耐熱度瞬時(shí)可達(dá) 300 ℃, 180 ℃下可終年正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),此配方屬首創(chuàng),在 92 年就已取得國(guó)度專(zhuān)利,并榮獲專(zhuān)利局轉(zhuǎn)讓博覽會(huì)金獎(jiǎng)。
1. Low temperature resistance: FRP flue gas contaminator (biogas desulfurizer), all of which are made of modified low temperature resistant FRP. Ordinary FRP products are not heat-resistant, hardening at 80 ~C and volatilizing at 120 ~C, so they are not suitable for boiler desulfurization and dust collector. The heat resistance of FRP desulfurization tower developed by our company can instantaneously reach 300 C and can operate normally all the year round at 180 C. This formula is the first one in the world. It has won the national patent in 1992 and won the Gold Prize of China Patent Office Transfer Exposition.
2、耐酸堿腐蝕、耐低溫、抗老化、強(qiáng)度高、運(yùn)用壽命長(zhǎng)。十多年理論證明,其耐酸堿腐蝕、耐磨、抗老化等特性使它的壽命大大高于金屬及花崗巖制品。成熟產(chǎn)品在操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的狀況下維修率簡(jiǎn)直等于零。聚酯的衰減系數(shù)普通爲(wèi)≥ 12 年,我公司研制的玻璃鋼制品是聚酯與其它耐低溫資料的無(wú)機(jī)結(jié)合,這種復(fù)合資料的老化期可達(dá) 20 年以上。
2. Acid and alkali corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance, high strength, long service life. It has been proved theoretically for more than ten years that its life span is much higher than that of metal and granite products because of its acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance. The maintenance rate of mature products is almost zero under the condition of operation standard. The attenuation coefficient of polyester is usually more than 12 years. The FRP products developed by our company are inorganic combination of polyester and other low temperature resistant materials. The aging period of this composite material can reach more than 20 years.
